Sébastien Dubois-Didcock is a French-British-Canadian photographer who specialises in photo reportage work within the culinary and food industry. Growing up in a household of restaurateurs, Sébastien developed a deep passion for food early on, inspiring him to combine that with his love for storytelling through photography. Deeply intrigued by the relationship between food and identity, Sébastien’s work explores how cuisine, agriculture, and celebrations around food reflects culture, history and personal narratives.
His photography aims to capture the essence of all those who’s passion is to feed those around them, in their most authentic form, bringing to life the artistry, hard work and social complexities behind what we call the food industry.
